Update of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) to include a REPowerEU chapter

France presents an update of its National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), adopted on July 13, 2021, in order to integrate new investments in favor of France’s energy sovereignty and independence, which will be able to benefit from grants from the REPowerEU instrument of up to €2.8 billion.
