During the 1er quarter of 2023, Vinci Immobilier recorded revenue of €296 million, down 12% compared to Q1 2022. In total, 834 housing reservations were recorded over the period (-24% over one year). »

“These developments confirm the particularly difficult market situation in France for real estate development companies, a consequence of the rise in interest rates which is impacting both demand for new homes from individuals and that of investors in the non-residential sector” , explains the group which, as a whole, achieved a turnover of €15 billion in the first quarter, up 17%, driven in particular by energies and the resumption of activity in its airports.
