On April 13, the City of Arles sold its shares in the Société d’économie mixte du pays d’Arles (Sempa) to Vilogia which, as of January 1, 2024, will take over the 1,704 housing units of this social housing body. The operation takes place within the framework of the Moose lawwhich requires HLM organizations managing less than 12,000 housing units to approach larger groups.
Vilogia is committed to investing €38 million in the territory of the Pays d’Arles, including €20 million devoted to the urban renewal of the Griffeuille district, and consolidates its anchorage in the Great South by passing the bar of 5,000 housing units
