BNP Paribas REIM France has acquired a residential complex, located at 341 boulevard Jean-Jacques Bosc in Bordeaux, on behalf of the Danish investor PFA Pension. Developed by Marignan, it will be delivered in Q3 2024. The accommodations will have several outdoor spaces such as balconies and patios. 45 parking spaces will be available and three stores totaling an area of 600 m² located on the ground floor of the building will be completed together in the Euratlantique district.
In line with BNP Paribas REIM’s ESG strategy, the asset is certified NF Habitat Excellent (9 stars).
BNP Paribas REIM France acquired this asset on behalf of PFA Pension as part of a new mandate targeting residential buildings in the main French cities. A first acquisition had been announced in March; it related to an asset in Saint-Cyr-L’Ecole. « This is the second acquisition made under this mandate and we are delighted to add a premium asset to this residential portfolio », comments Guillaume Delattre, CIO BNP Paribas REIM France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal. “We look forward to continuing to develop this partnership and to complete new transactions in the future. »
In this operation, BNP Paribas REIM was accompanied by the notarial office Thibierge Notaires as well as Artélia for the technical aspects. Marignan was advised by the notarial office Meyssan & Associés. The transaction was carried out by the agency Fifty’s.
