The group specializing in temporary work has announced the acquisition of OK JOB: it is thus strengthening its positions in Switzerland in the sector.

It had now been 6 years since Crit had carried out an external growth operation. A long break after several major acquisitions in the United States, which ended with the announcement of the takeover of the Swiss group OK JOB.

Specialized in temporary work and recruitment, this company founded in 2012 has 18 agencies across the country and should achieve a turnover of 105 million euros this year, up 30% compared to the previous year.

Strengthened positions in Switzerland

The company operates mainly in the sectors of industry, Crit’s main outlet, and tertiary services. The operation also enables the French group to take up significant positions in the specialized markets of the watchmaking and medical industries.
