Tendoors weaves its web in Issy-les-Moulineaux

Founded in 2009, the co-living operator Tendoors, now a subsidiary of Dibona Capital, will open a new residence in Issy-les-Moulineaux on May 1st. The group led by Philippe Preulier is already present in Paris, Lille, Bordeaux and soon in Nantes.
“Our specificity as a co-living operator is to offer a more qualitative real estate portfolio, both in terms of architecture and energy performance and in terms of the location of buildings”, underlines Philippe Preulier, director of Tendoors, quoted in a press release. “This house in Issy-les-Moulineaux is a typical example! It will allow young working people to live in a house full of character, with a garden and generous spaces, a stone’s throw from their place of work. The real estate asset, with a surface area of 340 m² including 150 m² of common areas, includes 12 bedrooms, but also various outdoor spaces over 300 m².
“Our co-living house has been designed to meet the needs of young workers but also companies looking to accommodate their employees in a practical and friendly way in a quality place of residence”, summarizes Philippe Preulier.
