Stock market: Wall Street opens higher, pleased with lower inflation

MARKET REVIEW. The New York Stock Exchange opened sharply higher on Tuesday, pleased with the slowdown in inflation in the United States in November, which should not change the Fed’s rate hike plans on Wednesday.
