MARKET REVIEW. The New York Stock Exchange moved close to equilibrium on Tuesday shortly after the opening, in a market deprived of macro or microeconomic news, which lacks conviction to continue the rebound that began in mid-October.

the oil fell US$0.46 (-0.60%) to US$76.47.
