Sergic intends to double its turnover by 2028
Independent French family group of real estate services, Sergic saw its turnover increase by 28% in 2022, to €120 million. It now intends to double in size by 2028, with the objective of 2,000 employees and a turnover of €200 million.
During the last financial year, Sergic strengthened its presence in France, particularly in the regions. “To the development of our Bordeaux activity with a team of more than 25 people, we must also add our external growth with the acquisition of several entities in Cannes, Marseilles and Nancy, as well as the acquisition of Figa last June, which enabled us to strengthen our tertiary and commercial activities – which activities now represent 80 employees and 10% of our turnover”, recalls Etienne Dequirezchairman of the board, quoted in a press release.
Also in 2022, five new student residences were inaugurated, bringing the number of residences to 44. Twenty Campuses in 2022; four new establishments should open their doors in 2023.
Another Sergic priority for 2023: accelerating and supporting the energy renovation of condominiums. How ? “First by training our employees, but also – and above all – by supporting our clients and landlords in the management of their F or G classified properties, as well as by developing energy renovation programs for condominiums”, answers Étienne Dequirez. , quoted in a press release.
