Qeeps raises €700,000 in fundraising

Qeeps, a start-up that presents itself as a “B2B2C solution that automates rental for real estate professionals and candidate tenants”, has just completed a round of funding of €700,000.
This fundraising was carried out with several business angels, including Thierry Vignal and Jérôme Manuguerra (CEO and COO of Masteos), Thierry Herrmann (CEO of Herrmann Frères & Fils Immovables), Alexandre Toussaint (CEO Baltis), Julien Madar (CEO of Checkmyguest), Alexandre Eruimy (ex-CEO of Prestashop) or even Baptiste Hamel (Serial BA).
Launched in February 2022 by Simon Vidal and Théo Busch, Qeeps has developed a solution allowing real estate agents to “rent better and faster”. And candidate tenants to “share their file in one click”.
“The platform centralizes the activity of real estate agents who can, from their Qeeps space, pre-qualify and check candidate files, interact with candidates and offer them visits”, details the young shoot. “The benefit of the solution is found in the time saved on administrative tasks (3-5 hours per property), which the agent can reallocate to tasks with greater added value. »
Thanks to this funding round, Qeeps intends to “become the reference solution for rental”. The company wants to multiply by twenty the number of its customers (it currently has about thirty). And is targeting more than 100,000 candidate tenants within twelve months. In this sense, it aims to double its workforce and thus increase to around fifteen employees by the end of 2023.
