Like your supplementary retirement pension, the survivor’s pension may be suspended in certain cases. In the event of return of mail (PND), bank funds or non-receipt of the certificate of non-remariage, its payment can be stopped dead by your pension fund.< /p>
Indeed, you are asked for a certificate of non-remarriage every four years if you live in France and the overseas departments, and every year if you live abroad, in order to be able to pay your pension. If your pension fund does not receive the documents justifying your situation, the payment of your survivor’s pension is suspended.
