Through a press release, Michaël Zingraf Christie’s International Real Estate announced the opening of a real estate division dedicated to the sale of new programs. In this context, the group recruited Benjamin Boulanger (ex-Edouard Denis) as commercial director.
The group explains that it works upstream with promoters by carrying out market studies. “Our expertise in luxury real estate allows us to define the potential exit prices of these products, in order to verify the viability of the projects”, emphasizes Jean-Claude Annaertmanaging director of the brand for which the “setting up of this department opens up great acquisition opportunities in the face of the drop in properties for sale, particularly in the prestige real estate sector”.
