Through a press release, Michaël Zinfraf Christie’s International Real Estate announced the opening of a real estate division dedicated to the sale of new programs. In this context, the group recruited Benjamin Boulanger (ex-Edouard Denis) as commercial director.
The group explains that it works upstream with promoters by carrying out market studies. “Our expertise in luxury real estate allows us to define the potential exit prices of these products, in order to verify the viability of the projects”, underlines Jean-Claude Annaert, general manager of the sign for which the “implementation position of this department opens up great acquisition opportunities in the face of the decline in properties for sale, particularly in the luxury real estate sector”.
