Lacoloc.fr is making a name for itself in Lyon coliving
In the capital of Gaul, Lacoloc.fr weaves its web in coliving. The Lyon-based real estate operator specializing in this asset class invested more than €10 million last year in the creation of around 100 co-living units, representing an area of more than 2,000 m².
This company was created by Gauthier Sol, president of Lacoloc.fr, in partnership with Eric Peyre, president and founder of Digital Virgo and the Ioda Family holding company and Laurent Radix, president of Paruvendu.fr and co-founder of Digital Virgo. The company, which has seven employees, imagines spaces around themes related to “the environment of the neighborhood” and “the atmosphere of the accommodation. It offers places equipped with several services, including, for example, a property manager available 7 days a week, inter-shared events or even a music room.
Lacoloc.fr currently operates several spaces such as “La Coloc des Musiciens” in Villeurbanne, a 255 m² site with 12 co-living units. Or “La Coloc du Cinéma”, a space of 400 m² and 14 co-living units in the 9th arrondissement of Lyon. The company is also renovating several sites such as “La Coloc des Tennismans”, a 100 m² space in Villeurbanne, which will offer 5 coliving units in the future. But also “La Coloc des Danseurs”, a 240 m² space in the 8th arrondissement, which will offer 11 co-living units.
