La Française REM is betting on a sale & leaseback co-living residence in Montpellier

La Francaise REM acquired on behalf of the OPCI LF Immo Générations a coliving residence of 3,259 m² located at 954 rue Jean Mermoz in Montpellier. This acquisition is part of a sale & leaseback.
Delivered in 2019, this mixed-use residence in R+4, rented under a long-term lease to The Babel Communityincludes 2,002 m² of coliving space (i.e. 75 lots, ranging from 15 to 30 m²), a 247 m² restaurant, 949 m² of coworking space (120 workstations) and a 60 m² fitness room .
