The magazine “Intellectual property and the fight against counterfeiting” deals with current intellectual property on the markets of third countries, in particular with regard to geographical indications, trademarks, patents, the fight against counterfeiting. The review is carried out by the General Directorate of the Treasury based on contributions from the network of economic services abroad, in particular INPI advisers and agricultural advisers from economic services.
