In Angers, Nonna finds a place in the former Rumeau hotel

It is at the heart of a 19th century mansion^e century, not far from the castle of Angers, that Nonna Coliving imagined his first project. The group has just filed a permit for this asset located at 2 bis place Monseigneur Rumeau, which will develop 364 m² after its rehabilitation (construction costs: €2,600 excl. tax/m²).

The complex will then offer 11 bedrooms with shower room and WC, as well as several common areas (living room, equipped kitchen, sports area, lobby, laundry).

“This project is part of Nonna’s desire to rehabilitate and enhance the existing heritage”, specifies its promoters. It is aimed at young workers, but also people in professional or family transition.
