Description of the mission

The position reports to the Heads of the Compliance and Governance Units of the Governance and SRI Department.
You will work closely and cross-functionally with the Governance and SRI Department, the employees of the Investment Department and the Support Departments in charge of monitoring extra-financial risks.
The collaborator will contribute will have as main mission:

• Support for the compliance missions carried out by the department, in particular the drafting of presentation materials for the compliance sector of the Management,
• Support for the governance missions of the Investment Department, in particular the updating of group cross-functional rules, the management of authorizations to invest and the management/animation of the department’s documentary bases, the organization of the distribution of documents via meetings, events, training and newsletter…
• Preparation, support and ex post analysis of operational risk control campaigns. Contributions to the mapping and animation/controls and reporting carried out through subcontracting, compliance and ROCI systems in conjunction with the Federal Departments and the Governance and SRI Department. Preparation of the six-monthly operational risk monitoring steering committees within the Investment Department
• Liaison, monitoring of requests and coordination of contributions from the Investment Department to support functions
• Contribution to the missions and projects of the Department relating to the governance of the processes and investments of the Investment Department

The Department follows an annual program of activities but arbitrations are likely to occur during the year;

Expected deliverables:
Maintenance and development of all systems monitored by the Writing Department, analyses, updates of the elements concerned.
