Description of the mission

The General Secretariat is looking for a
Financial Flows Security Manager
You join the “Financial Security” department where you help to guarantee the implementation and efficiency of the control system of the Group Compliance Department in the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism. You contribute to compliance with economic and financial sanction measures (LCB-FT) in accordance with the regulatory provisions and applicable internal rules.
You work in support of the current team, responsible for steering the LCB-FT system for the activities of the head office of CNP Assurances, processing financial security surveillance alerts (financial sanctions, PPE, atypical transactions, customers in connection with sensitive countries) and running the SF Department at Headquarters.
As such, your missions will be the following:
• In close collaboration with the SF manager in charge of standards and procedures, you ensure the operational implementation of the latter and ensure that the processes of the SF Division are and remain in line with the established procedures.
• You perform the role of TRACFIN declarant/correspondent for CNP Assurances, by reviewing and validating the suspicious transaction reports prepared by the Division’s SF analysts.
• You provide the necessary assistance in terms of opinions and/or recommendations to the various departments of the company when they approach you on a subject relating to financial security.
• On the scope of financial security, you validate and supervise the evolutions of operational processes deployed by the Departments to ensure that they remain aligned with the Group’s standards in terms of financial security.
• You ensure or you ensure the operational implementation of the internal audit recommendations or corrective actions identified within the framework of the financial security control plans and impacting the operational processes on the scope of financial security.
• You lead the SF Section at Headquarters, in collaboration with the SF LCB-FT manager


Your profile for this position:
You ideally have good knowledge of the LCB-FT regulatory application by insurance companies and/or banking establishments and a great sensitivity to the obligations and regulatory issues in terms of LCB-FT. You know how to apply high standards in terms of integrity, ethics and confidentiality
You have strong analytical, organizational and rigorous skills. You can work on several issues simultaneously. You have proven abilities to lead and deploy projects or to contribute to the improvement of operational processes
You demonstrate autonomy and discernment. You have excellent interpersonal skills, but also in terms of oral and written communication.
You have excellent knowledge of business line (BU) operational processes
You have a good resistance to stress
