Description of the mission
The Analysis, Financial Production and Reporting department, located within the Investment Department of CNP Assurances, is looking for a:
FINANCIAL ENGINEER F/M
As such, your main tasks will be to:
Studies & analyzes
• Develop quantitative or qualitative analysis tools using knime and Power BI.
• Carry out studies, financial analyses, simulations, argue and explain the results of their studies and calculations.
• Follow the watches on the regulatory subjects for an application on its work.
• Take charge of complex or sensitive issues (high stakes, broad interpretation possible, specific expertise, etc.) and support the team.
Production
• Monitor, control and make reliable financial indicators
• Produce financial statements and write an analysis
• Produce statements deemed “sensitive” for the shareholder
• Realize business recipes to be carried out on the subjects of its scope
Advice and technical support
• Ensure a referent role in its area of expertise with teams, BUs and Group subsidiaries.
Transverse
• Contribute to cross-functional projects at the request of several management or internal bodies
• Participate in the development of analysis tools and/or dedicated applications.
Profile
You have professional experience in systems migration, conducted from a business perspective, and you also demonstrate experience in financial analysis and report writing.
You will maximize your chances of success and integration in this position if you have the following assets:
– Perfect knowledge and practice of all management or inventory events on securities portfolios,
– In-depth knowledge of structured, IFT and unlisted products
– A good command of financial analysis and good command of the accounting principles applicable in the insurance world: French gaap, IFRS9, IFRS and solvency 2
– A good practice of Access (Expert user level) and PowerPoint.
– an in-depth knowledge and a good reading of the specifications requested on the templates of the regulator.
– Fluent English
– good use of IT tools, the office pack and the sites of financial providers
– Autonomy and versatility are required for this position.
