Description of the mission
The CUSTOMER RELATIONS department is looking for its future work-study student preparing a BTS Accounting Management within a team in charge of integrating technical and financial computer data into information systems.
The team of around fifteen employees is in charge of receiving, controlling and integrating into the systems the computer data declared by all the partners, as well as reconciling the financial transfers received.
The work-study student will be gradually trained in all the components of this profession, halfway between accounting and insurance technology, and will take charge of the following missions:
– Reception, validation of the computer format of the data, and storage on the team’s network,
– Transformation of the files received from the partner into the format expected by the information systems (handling of Excel, with progressive training in the reprocessing of Excel data),
– Integration of data into the technical-accounting tools used within the department (progressive training),
– Extraction of data for validation of the operations carried out,
– Supply of service activity monitoring tables.
This activity will take place in a dynamic environment.
Profile
You are preparing a BTS Accounting Management in 2 years and have the following skills:
– Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel,
– Appetite for computer tools,
– Sense of analysis, synthesis,
– Rigor,
– Relational quality, both written and oral (internally and externally),
– Good communication,
– Team spirit.
