A space dedicated to innovation for the 22nd edition of Simi
Simi’Nov: this is the name of the new space dedicated to innovation and created for the 22e edition of simi, which will be held from December 12 to 14 at the Palais des Congrès in Paris. “Reinvesting in real estate, not only economically but also as a social link with an ecological conscience, is today a priority”, underlines Aminata Sy, director of the salon. “You have to re-enchant the living space, home or office, reintroduce conviviality, inclusion, make it a life experience. During this new edition, 150 conferences and other debates will be organized, articulated around three main themes: “Mutability at the service of diversity”, “Climate and environment” and “Collaboration with territories”.
Among the highlights of the show, of course: the Simi Grands Prix, sponsored by Groupama Real Estate and awarded by a jury chaired this year by Stephanie BensimonHead of Real Estate ofArdian and president of Real Estate Women’s Circle.
