25,220 housing units financed by Action Logement under the ACV program
Launched in 2018, the national Action Coeur de Ville (ACV) program, which brings together the Bank of TerritoriesI’National Agency for Home Improvement (Anah) and Housing action has mobilized a total of €5 billion for the revitalization of the centers of 222 medium-sized towns initially eligible. At the end of the first phase (2018-2022), 25,220 housing units were financed by Action Logement and generated a total investment of €3.8 billion.

Pending the finalization of the five-year agreement allowing for multi-annual visibility, the social partners have entered an annual budget of €250 million for LCA.
After having strongly encouraged the return of investment in medium-sized towns, Action Logement affirms, via a press release, to prioritize its intervention on the core target of the program: the reinvestment of existing buildings in the city center; the qualitative and environmental criteria will also be raised.
